Hamelin, Phyllis Marie - (née Hellyer) - Entered into rest at Caressant Care Mary Street in Lindsay on Monday, March 6, 2017 in her 89th year. Phyllis was the beloved wife of the late Ted Hamelin. Loving mother of Ted (Diane) of Lancaster, Sharon (Dave Hinez) of Port Alberni, B.C., Barbara (Bob Shea) of Calgary, A.B., Anne (Larry Dunn) of Cameron. Cherished grandmother and great-grandmother. Dear sister of Ruth (the late Jim), Gladys (the late George), Rolland (the late Lillian) and Pat (the late Alan). Predeceased by Fred (the late May), Ken (survived by Doreen), Bob (Nancy) and Barbara (survived by Joe). As per Phyllis' request cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or service. Interment of cremated remains will take place in Brockville. If desired, a memorial donation to the Humane Society of Kawartha Lakes or a charity of your choice. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Mackey Funeral Home, 33 Peel Street, Lindsay (705) 328-2721.
