HARWOOD, Maureen Margaret passed away suddenly but peacefully in her sleep at Country Estates Retirement Home in her 92nd year Sunday, September 11th. Maureen was the beloved wife of the late Ted Harwood and Harold Grover. She was the loving mother of Pauline (Rick) Davis, Brian (Carol) Grover, Bernie (Jisele) Grover, Gail (Jim) Laughlin and step-mother of Wally (Lenore), Heather (Dave), Billy (Anne), Dan (Mary), and Tim (Pat). Maureen was a dear grandmother, predeceased by Warren Davis (2008), step-grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother to many. Maureen is survived by her sisters Patty, Betty and Sheila and will be missed by her many neices, nephews and friends and relatives in England. A Memorial Visitation will be held at Mackey Funeral Home, 33 Peel Street, Lindsay on Thursday September 15th from 1:00 p.m. until time of Funeral Service in the chapel at 2:00 p.m. If desired a memorial donation to the Canadian Red Cross or Royal Canadian Legion - Branch 67 would be appreciated by the family.
