Sorry for the loss of such a great lady way to soon. I was saddened when my mom texted me the sad news. I for one have all great memories of Marlene and all she did for us all as we we're growing up. We were and have all always been one big Washburn Island family. She will be greatly missed but I will always remember the great fun we had together with your mom.

Condolence: I remember Marlene as an friendly, energetic, dynamic mother of two wonderful young people, and a contributor to what they participated in, especially the 2817 Army Cadets.
She is leaving this earth and her family at too young an age. My condolences to all her family, especially Nikki and Cale, who I had the privilege of knowing as teen agers. You all have wonderful memories of Marlene, which you will carry with you forever.
