SPENCE, William John – Passed away with his family by his side on Friday, December 16, 2016 at the Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay in his 85TH year. Bill was the beloved husband of Nellie (2009). Loving father of Willie Spence (Lenora), Donna Southern (the late Ken), and the late Danny Spence (2011). Cherished Grandpa of Bill, the late Shane (2011), Rick (Jenna), and Joe; great grandfather of Wyatt, Naomi, Bryson. Bill was the dear friend of Eunice Benson, and is survived by his brothers Don and Jim. He will be remembered by his extended family and friends. Visitation will held at the Mackey Funeral Home, 33 Peel Street, Lindsay on Thursday, December 22nd from 1:00 p.m. until time of Funeral Service in the Chapel at 2:00 p.m. Interment will take place in the spring at Lakeview Cemetery, Kirkfield.
