Cowan, Bruce – Entered into rest peacefully on Wednesday, December 14th at the Ross Memorial Hospital in his 91st year. Bruce was the beloved husband of the late Dorothy Shirk and husband of Evelyn Miller. Dear father of Graham (Lynn) and Freda Cowan. Loving grandpa of Sean (Annie), Marta Reeder (Mark Maidment), Tammy Bolton (Alf), John Todd (Shelley). Cherished great-grandpa to 14 and great-great grandpa of 1. Survived by his siblings Muriel Bennett (the late Bernard), Alice Tapscott (Dick), Jack Cowan (Marilyn) and Judy Richards. Visitation will be held at the Mackey Funeral Home, 33 Peel Street, Lindsay on Sunday, December 18th from 7:00 - 9:00p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Monday, December 19th at 11:00a.m. Interment at East Oakwood Cemetery will take place at a later date.
