Condolences

Condolence From: Brother Rick Galbraith
Condolence: Shirl charmed everyone she met. Her smile, her support, her warmth, her generosity, all qualities that touched every one of us, one at a time. To me she gave all these and more. She was a big sister, a mother, a friend, an advisor and a resource. She was there when I was born. She was there when I married. She was there when I ran into trouble and she was there when I ran into debt!

I love you Shirl; I respect and admire everything you did in life. Thank you for being there for me so many times.

I'm so glad I told her so while she was alive. Finally, I'm so happy she had so many deservingly good years with her soul mate Bryan, who was her mirror and her equal (and, yes, her partner some of those times she bailed me out). Good bye, Shirl. Like I said to you, I'll see you in heaven, as long as I can find my way there without you.

Condolence: I was so shocked to hear the news of Shirley's passing! She was so full of life and I just loved conversing with her! She sure was a proud step-mother to Ian and Norman who she was very proud of I might add!! I'm going to miss our once a month visits!!! RIP Shirley!!! 😘

Condolence From: Jim Galbraith
Condolence: Aunt Shirley was one of the best people I know. She rests in some of my earliest memories as a kind, caring and sometimes hilarious woman. Every Christmas and birthday was remembered, and stays at the cabin were highlights of a year. God bless and take you into his arms, Aunt Shirley - you are missed and will not be forgotten.
