Condolence: We have been talking about our connection to the Kitchen family and what great memories we have of the times spent together in Saint John, Lindsay and Jamaica. From Mary and Rhonda babysitting for Brian and Dawna, and Blaine and Brian playing together when they were young, weddings and anniversaries and neighbours Betty and Ron through Kiwanis - good times. Please accept our deepest condolences, we wish we could be there with you, and you will be in our thoughts today. Your Mom was a very special lady, she will be missed. Love, Sharon & Jim

Condolence: I enjoyed Aunt Betty's company very much. She was loving , smart, enjoyed being the "sort of gopher" for her children . (I remember her saying this as a sort of joke when a number of years back I asked her about her busy life as Blaine and Mary were involved in A Buck or Two)

Betty certainly can be viewed as a lovingly dedicated mother and grandmother. Her energy never seemed to cease and her enthusiasm was much appreciated for her research on the family history. This is meaningful to me even though as of this moment, I have not put much time into the whole endeavour; still at some point I will definitely plunge into this subject.
Betty cared about keeping the family connection going and I really appreciated her love. love, Sandra
