Eric Peter, Quibell (Retired employee of Union Carbide after 34 years of service) ~ It is with great sadness that our family announces the passing of Eric Peter Quibell on Wednesday November 11, 2015 at Toronto General Hospital, in his 75th year. Eric was the beloved husband of Doris Mills and the late Larissa Turkalj (1999). He was the beloved father of Donna, Doug (Kim) and Don (Leighanne), step-father of Michael, Patricia and Eric. Cherished grandfather of Christopher, Taylor, Breanna, Soleil and Kennedy. Step grandfather to Christopher, Trevor, Alex, Dustin, Ashley, Vanessa and Sophie also step great grandfather to Wyatt and Elsa. Brother to Jean Stone, Shirley Steele, Tom Quibell. Predeceased by his parents Ivan Quibell and Mae Murtha and sister Lorraine Kimball. Family and friends are invited to call a the Mackey Funeral home on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Lindsay on Saturday, November 14 at 11:00am. Interment to follow at St Mary’s Cemetery.
